"They were very courteous and did a thorough inspection of my wood stove insert and chimney. After cleaning and smoke testing they took the time to explain the features of the stove to me (I've just purchased the home and never had a wood stove before). They said if I had any questions once I begin using the unit or run into any problems to just call them and they'd be happy to answer or come back out if needed. "Very polite young man that knew what he was doing. The only negative is $150.00 seemed a little high for about 30 minutes of analyzing the problem. We had to get the gas Company to come out to turn off our gas before anymore work could be done. Then we had to hire a "specialist" that had the right kind of tools (to the tune of $175.00) for 20/30 minutes to cap off the existing gas line as it was done incorrectly to begin with."
