"Brent of K&B Property Maintenance was very professional. He didn't complain or charge me extra because he had to drive a bit to get to my home. He quickly provided an estimate, answered all my questions, altered the job per my request without attitude, and promptly had his team at my house at the agreed start date and time. He arrived with his team, they expertly completed the remodeling while respecting me and my home. Brent's team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They politely answered my questions as they worked and did not mind me watching them. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will definitely hire them again. They are a great group of very professional and skilled men."

"Jason and John did tremendous work on getting our screened in patio set up. Very personable explaining things along the way. Did what they said. No surprises. I would highly recommend this company"

"Summerlin Exterior Solutions definitely lived up to their name. Our problem was we needed pressure washing of entire house, then replacement of our elevated front deck railing and stairs. SES responded quickly with an estimate visit followed by a professionally-presented complete solution and a reasonable bid for the work, which for those reasons, we agreed to gladly. SES did not disappoint: They started per agreement and were on-site daily literally at sunrise, kept on it everyday until it was done. Highly motivated two-man crew; very cordial with both of us and super-easy to cooperate with during planning and design. Made the project fun for us because they were such a pleasure to work with, and indeed provided a solution. We recommend and continue to work with Summerlin Exterior Solutions!"

"Jack Myers was the Design Consultant for West Shore. He was very knowledgeable and professional through the process. Jason B. and Caleb B. were our Installers and were very professional and thorough. West Shore was responsive and followed up before, during and after."

"Paul is a skilled builder who did everything right. Courteous and professional, he and his helper knocked the job out in 6 days. I liked that he made sure the job was being done to my liking by asking.."Would you like it this way or what way?" I would highly recommend him for you home improvement project."

"We had our bathroom modification completed by Palmetto Bath and Home. We went from a tub to a custom 32x72 inch shower and while still waiting for the sliding glass shower door to arrive and be installed by the glass company used for our project we couldn’t be happier with the outcome thus far. Mason Chapman of Palmetto arrived at our home on the time scheduled for us to describe what we were looking for and to prepare a design and a fair and affordable estimate for the job. After evaluating other contractors, we accepted Mason’s design and quote. The crews used by Palmetto for the job were also on time each and every day of the demolition and install. Dane Easton was the primary subcontractor used by Palmetto Bath for our shower install and he was exceptional! Dane proved a hard-working and dedicated craftsman, a man of integrity and an outstanding human being who was meticulous and took pride in his work while taking the time and effort to explain each and every step."

"Trevor and his team did a brilliant job with the renovations of the house that was not in good shape prior. He was communicative and available to chat at all times to provide updates. The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"
