"All work performance and results were excellent, especially our condo remodel. We have used CT Enterprises several times over the last 10 years and continue to use them for any improvement work that arises in our home. On the condo remodel Chris had beautiful design ideas to open up the kitchen to the living space. He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us. He is spot on helping us identify what will both be value-add and cost effective, and he knows our personality to advise on style and design. CT doesn't just measure and install, they make your home yours. After working together for so long, we know who we want to hire again!"

"Work to be done on an older house to add updated and efficient spaces that would blend in with the style and quality of the home.  Construction was to be done while occupied.
Can't say enough about how easy Rick was to work with. He even traveled out-of-state to meet with us before starting.  He always was so accommodating, always ready to discuss any fine tuning.  He was always cheerful and a complete gentleman while working on the premises, with adults and children.
He worked hard to find the appropriately designed parts and pieces (custom doors, handles, hinges, molding, etc.).  We went over every detail carefully and we came to a consensus.  I always felt reassured that it would be done right, and if there was a problem or slight delay with a part, he'd call.
His price seemed very fair, as far as I could determine.  We clearly defined and decided all costs up front and there were no overages.  This was a deciding factor I really wanted.
The quality of work was high.
He showed up on time to begin, worked most every day and left it finished as per our desired deadline.

"Jason is my go to guy for all my handyman needs, big and small of which I have many as I have several vacation rentals. He has a wide range of skills and is particularly adept at bathroom remodels. He is extremely smart, very experienced and easy to get along with. I don’t know what I would do without him."

"I hired Cransten to remodel my bathroom. It was getting old and in need of an update. They came in, replaced the floor, built a shower pan, and laid custom tile around my shower. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Brandon and Jonathan did a fantastic job tearing out our old shower and installing a new one. They explained exactly what needed to be done and were finished in 1 day. The new shower looks fantastic! And the peace of mind knowing that everything, including all the stuff you canâ t see is done well and guaranteed is worth it! I would definitely recommend this company for your remodel."

"We hired Handy Home Helpers to remodel both our, upstairs and downstairs, bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the job they did for us. They gutted the bathrooms down to the studs, reconfigured the layout and rebuilt them back in a timely matter. John and Bree did all the work themselves. Demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work all done by just the two of them. It was amazing to watch them work. The speed, quality and detail of their work was superb. They were great at keeping us up to date on the progress of the jobs. They also kept the power and water disruptions down to a minimum, always giving us plenty of notice when they were going to shut them off. They took time to answer all our questions. We were also very pleased with the price they gave us on the jobs. We believe their caring and commitment to doing the best job possible made this a great experience for us. We plan to use Handy Home Helpers for all future projects on our home. We now have the beautiful bathrooms we have always dreamed of, thanks to Handy Home Helpers."

"Overall we had an excellent experience with Summerlin Exterior Solutions. He has a hardworking, skilled crew who are reliable, thorough, courteous and responsible. We had a custom designed cedar fence built and they built it just as we wanted it. Outstanding work! . We are very very pleased."

"The work went very smoothly, except for some unavoidable delays caused by wintry weather. Paul and his assistant, Casey, were hard-working, courteous and prompt. They performed the work as quickly as could be expected and I am still amazed at how wonderful the room looks now."

"We had our bathroom modification completed by Palmetto Bath and Home. We went from a tub to a custom 32x72 inch shower and while still waiting for the sliding glass shower door to arrive and be installed by the glass company used for our project we couldn’t be happier with the outcome thus far. Mason Chapman of Palmetto arrived at our home on the time scheduled for us to describe what we were looking for and to prepare a design and a fair and affordable estimate for the job. After evaluating other contractors, we accepted Mason’s design and quote. The crews used by Palmetto for the job were also on time each and every day of the demolition and install. Dane Easton was the primary subcontractor used by Palmetto Bath for our shower install and he was exceptional! Dane proved a hard-working and dedicated craftsman, a man of integrity and an outstanding human being who was meticulous and took pride in his work while taking the time and effort to explain each and every step."
