From that point I received communication from 5 different Carolina Creations team members checking to make sure that someone had reached out to me. Two of the five team members were on vacation, first time ever for that. So to make this long story short within 2 hours of my original call my pool pump was fixed and my stress relieved. If this is the type of service they provide how could anyone go anywhere else for their pool or landscaping needs. Carolina Creations you should be very proud of your team.
