"Juan R did a great job with our installation of a dog door. Our door had a small issue due to the design, but he went out of his way to fix the problem and get the job done. Super efficient and friendly guy."

From the initial design consultation to the final reveal, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. They listened patiently to my ideas, offered excellent suggestions, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire project. The attention to detail is truly remarkable and the quality of their work is outstanding. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed-upon budget, which I greatly appreciated. The crew was courteous, respectful of my home, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. It was an stress-free and smooth process from start to finish. "Mario did a great job designing our home!"

"We had a terrible old fiberclass soaking tub that was wasting so much space in our master bathroom. We called Jake up and he came out and gave us a very competitive quote. The best thing that set him apart was that he was very involved anf helpful in the design, products and layout options. He was very clean and neat while performing the work showing a great deal of respect and care for our home and left us with a fantastic walk in shower that has so much mlre function and quality. We could not recommend him enough for how great he was to work with!"

"Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable about products and design. He made suggestions on the deck build that improved my original design, even removed a few bushes as my landscaper wasnâ t available. We are extremely satisfied with the final outcome. His pricing was more than fair, was always on time and completed the build earlier than I anticipated and offered to come back if we needed any changes. Will definitely call on him again for future projects. Ten stars."

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

"Dennis B. and Joe D. completed our 1-day shower remodel and it looks amazing! They were courteous and answered all our questions - whole experience was great. We also give praise to Denise B, the Design Consultant who first introduced us to West Shore Homes. We will not hesitate to use them again when we start our next project."
