Carolina Home Remodeling has proudly served the Greater Charlotte Area since 2002 by offering quality home improvements that you can rely on. Carolina Home Remodeling is a family-owned company that was formed by Bob and Elizabeth Anderson over 20 years ago. At the time, they saw a need for reliable and ethical home remodeling contractors that could assist homeowners with their home remodeling needs. Carolina Home Remodeling began this endeavor by focusing on windows and have since expanded their product offerings to include baths, showers, entry doors and patio doors. While our product selection may have changed, our core values have remained the same since day one.

Prompt efficient professional sales and installation. Tom from Sales was friendly and very helpful and answered all questions. Chris from installation was on time, very professional. He cared for our home while removing and installing materials. He did a GREAT installation and answered all questions and verified certain parts of the installation with us. He was very organized and very neat and left our home clean of any construction material and debris. We appreciate this entire project.

Design Consultant John Dieckman helped me work out a very affordable contract to convert the bath tub to a walk in shower... He was a wonderful representative for Carolina Home Remodeling... Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman.

To get the job I was promised installation of the window in 4 weeks. After being assaulted by rude salesman, lied to by sales and the owner, we are 6 weeks in and the window is installed wrong. I was misled by the installation crew to sign of on delivery. Even knowing I was lied to, the owner said too bad and billed me for it anyway even though it still isn't finished. There are many better choices out there. Wish I had made a better one. You should make a better one.
