The job included replacing 2 toilets, 2 sinks, replacing a garden tub insert with a nice walk-in shower insert and reinforced walls with extra studs for grab bars. He also replaced hardwood floors in the bathroom that had some moisture damage. Rob's work was top-notch. His price was very fair, nearly half that of the contractors that advertise constantly through the mail. Construction was completed nearly to the day he forecasted. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public."
