"They were great. They were very prompt when I called them, they responded within a very timely manner, efficient, and professional. I have a little concern about the leak around the floor where the water heater had leaked and I told them about that and he got a plywood to put down over the floor for the water heater to rest on so that it won't go directly on the floor and it would give the floor time to dry and air out and he came out of his way to do it."

"My old electric water heating developed a leak and needed immediate replacement. NBR Plumbing came out the next morning and installed a new heater. The service was quick and professional. I highly recommend."

"Our water heater had been in the attic since the house was built, about 15 years. We had started thinking it was time to replace it, before we had an incident that would require drywall and paint. Scott, The Water Heater Experts owner, is GREAT! He came out to assess our situation and advised me on the pros and cons of tankless water heating. We decided to replace our existing tank with a new one, rather than installing tankless. Scott pointed out the items in the attic that would need to be brought up to code and included that in the replacement estimate. The new heater is the same brand as our previous one (Rheem, 50 gal) with some new features that Scott took care to explain. Scott and an assistant brought the new heater and removed the old one, which I thought would be a real trick to get it out of the attic but I honestly did not hear them remove it and didn't even know it was done. They shut off the water, drained the tank and made the code adjustments and installation in about 2.5 hours. I was completely impressed by how they approached the project and cleaned up after themselves. Because water heaters are a once every 10-15 year purchase, companies like these rely on recommendations rather than repeat business (although Scott guarantees his installations and supports any problems.) I can say I highly recommend Scott and the Water Heater Experts!

"Matthew came to do a free inspection of my plumbing. He noticed some water under the kitchen sink and gave us a very reasonable estimate for that repair. We ultimately decided to replace the sink and faucet, as the whole setup wasn't in great shape. Matthew came the next day and did the job; he was punctual and professional, and he did an excellent job. We are very pleased with how it turned out.

"I called this provider after my water heater burst. They were very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, they were not going to be able to get out to do our replacement soon enough due to other commitments. However, despite that, they told us exactly what we needed to tell another provider regarding our water heater and told us approximately how much the replacement should cost. I thought it was great that they were willing to be so helpful even though they were not getting the business. Though they did not do the work at our house, I would recommend them based upon their professionalism, helpfulness, and price quote over the phone.

"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"If I could give more stars I would!! Billy and his team are knowledgeable, fast, kind and affordable. They know what they are doing and truly care about the work that they do. We have an older home and have had quite a few plumbing issues in the past, but thanks to Appius plumbing I don't worry about ever having another plumbing issue again. They were able to replace all of our old pipes under the house, remove and install a new water heater, and fix our outside faucets in less than a day! Appius plumbing is the real deal. I promise you will not regret hiring them!"
