"They were terrific. They were great. They came like a local company so they did everything they said they were going to do and their price is a little lower than anybody else is. I think they were at least $5 a month less than anybody else and I think the installation was less than anybody else also and I spoke to a real person. They did a great job. We’ve had a couple of other companies between our business and our home and so we had somebody to compare it to and these guys were much more with it and much more knowledgeable. They kept in touch with me and told me exactly what was going to happen and when. They were very punctual. They were very professional."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"James professionally performed what was a tough install in my 3.200 sq. foot home, running over 500 feet of quality cable to the Center, Front, Surround and rear surround speakers as well as 2 powered sub-woofers through a tiny crawl space. Not a thing was left out of place or dusty. James and his team personally came back to ensure proper operation a few days later. "Wow, I spoke to representative who did not try to sell me anything just listened to what i wanted then gave me the best deal.
The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.
