My family has been in the flooring business over 40 years. I remember going with my grandmother to install carpet when I was a little boy. Many of my relatives own their own flooring companies. I have installed, repaired, managed and sold flooring. I realized that with all the relatives in the flooring business not one provided a cleaning service. From that idea Toney's Floor Care was created. I am a full service carpet cleaner. I do not have hidden charges. My quotes always include sanitizing, deodorizing, bacterial control, odor control, spot & stain removal, and carpet & furniture guard protection.

This after being careful to seal and wipe after down after taking a shower. Having to remove all of it and redo. I initially gave a 5 star as looked good, but the quality of work was indeed sad in the end. Now looking to replace it after only 6 years. Highly disappointed."

"Installation went well. The workers were hard working and courteous. The sales person was hard to get a hold of. Within a year of the company provided warranty a run in the carpet appeared in 3 different spots on the same seam. It was fixed, but only after I filed a complaint to BBB. I dealt mainly with the Mooresville location until the complaint was filed then the main office took over to fixed the problem. The run happened again within a couple of weeks in the same spot shortly after the fix, but we are dealing with it until we can use a different vendor and replace it with something different."

We were very happy we selected DiFabion to build the garage and would look to them again for future remodeling needs."
