Nick gave us a quote for the job, but because of the slope of the yard, he was unable to bring in a lift for trimming. We discussed our options and Nick climbed our trees and used his expertise to swing from one tree to another to complete the work at a fair price. "This company showed up three hours late. His Crew chief had to leave early and his two non-English speaking employees left without even telling me. The owner charged me $3,000 for 4.5 hours of work. I worked alongside them the whole time picking up limbs, pruning, blowing the area clean, telling them what to do, etc. We could not get all the work done because I could not communicate with them. Even his crew chief was not aware of what the entire project existed of before she left. I mailed his check today because we had a contract but I would not refer him to anyone else and nor will my realtor. I texted him last night asking for advice and an explanation but he did not respond. I could have hired someone else for $1,200 my realtor found. "
