"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"WOW!!  I just am amazed at how clean George got my carpets.  I had some very tough stains from two high school party's on the staircase leading to our third floor "bonus room" .  I was expecting them to be lightened, at best.  They are GONE!!!  
We have two pets who have had a few accidents and the stains are now gone.  I recommend the deodorizer if you have pets.  
I had George clean all of the area carpets that are on the hardwoods and marble foyer.  These have also been the recipients of some pet presents.  He did a great job on those as well and cleaned up all the floors underneath and around the area rugs as well.  He has offered to come back in January to do two of them again at no additional charge if the odor should return.  
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service!!  He was very pleasant, very professional and very reasonably priced!!  I will be using him from now on and highly recommend that you do too!!"

"This company was recommended to me by my mother-she was very impressed with the service and the fact that it was a Sears affiliate.  They perform background checks which is important when people are coming in and out of your home.   I made contact with them a few days later and they were able to fit me in for the following Saturday.  First of all the receptionist Rosanna was wonderful.  She has this cute accent and was exceptional in answering all my questions regarding the process and approximate duration for the cleaning.  I needed to have the dryer duct cleaning performed asap (with all the recent attention to dryer fires I felt that our dryer was past due).   She was able to get me the time slot after a bit of rearranging on their part that worked best with my busy schedule. She made follow up phone calls to ensure that the date still worked for us.  George-the owner and his crew arrived on Saturday at the appointed time.  My husband had the initial interactions and asked a number of questions which George was very happy to answer.  I was out running errands as usual but came back about an hour or so into the cleaning process.  George took the time to review the areas of concern with me regarding the everyday use of the dryer as well as safety points which he had already gone over earlier with my husband.  He even answered questions for me which were somewhat unrelated to the actual task at hand.  I felt very comfortable with him in and around our home.  He is a very pleasant man with a great sense of humor.   He took pride in what he was doing and was very thorough in the cleaning process.  He and his crew were very respectful to our home putting on and off shoe covers etc -even though they really didn't need to.  He made suggestions to help improve the overall air quality in our home as well.  All in all I am very satisfied with the company and the service.
