"I was very pleased with the professional service that All Points Carpet Care provided. Tony and his son were prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough. They take pride in their work. They listened carefully and took extra care of certain areas that needed special attention. They did a beautiful job, and my carpets look fresh and clean - so much better! I highly recommend this company. All Points is superior to any company I have dealt with in the past, and I will definitely hire them again."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"George came to our house on time. When he finished his job, the carpet looked very clean as new. He actually moved a couple of furniture that was nice and unusual in this kind of service. I really appreciate his work and I definitely will use the service again."

"I send him in to clean my real estate properties and he knows his stuff. I can't say enough about Chuck, in all my years of doing business I've never found someone so reliable and trustworthy. When I need something done at my home, it doesn't matter if I'm around, he goes and get the job done and I don't have to put away my stuff. I've referred him to some of the"

"I received AMAZING service. I have 3 young children and my cloth seated vehicle shows it. When the service was complete I was blown away--a little carpet shampoo and the car would look brand spanking new! These guys FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and I plan to use them again in the near future for my husband's vehicle. Note that my Equinox was considered a large vehicle so I did have to pay an additional $15 for the work."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

As a general rule, HVAC air filters should be replaced every one to three months (or every 90 days). However, the ideal frequency depends on several factors, including the filter type and your home's environment. For instance, if you use thinner filters (1-2 inches deep), have pets, have household members with allergies, smoke indoors, or frequently keep windows open, you may need to change the filter as often as once a month. It's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendation as a guideline and visually inspect the filter monthly to see if it's dirty. Regular filter changes are crucial for maintaining proper airflow, good indoor air quality, and efficient HVAC system operation.

Yes, a dirty air filter can cause a higher electric bill. That’s because clogged filters make it harder for air to flow through your HVAC system, which forces it to work harder and use more energy. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, replacing dirty filters can save you between 5% and 15% in utility costs.

Ozone can damage building materials and belongings in your home, as the same oxidizing powers that allow it to remove odors can break down other things in your living space. However, it would take long-term exposure for any noticeable damages to occur. Since ozone smoke removal takes 24 to 36 hours, a treatment or two won’t have much of a negative impact on your belongings.

Focus on cleaning the air after you’ve finished cleaning surfaces. Use air purifiers, moving them as necessary from room to room. The air filters should be cleaned or replaced, depending on the type of filters you have. Clean the air ducts by yourself or by hiring a pro. Finally, open doors and windows to ensure the space is properly ventilated.

How often you change your air filter depends on your home and lifestyle. Things like how many people are in your home, pets, the season, the size of your home, the air quality where you live, and more all impact your HVAC system. The best practice is using visual indicators to determine when it needs changing by checking if light can pass through it. If you can’t see any light, it’s clogged and needs to be changed.
