"Everything went great -- initial consultation, installation, account set-up and ongoing monitoring. The alarm went off twice in the past year. The first time, my dog set it off because I had a motion-detection monitor in a place that wasn't high enough. I was in a meeting at work and didn't receive the call from the monitoring entity, so the police were notified and came to my home and inspect (everything was fine). The second time, I accidentally triggered the alarm myself while at home. The monitoring service called me, I provided the passcode to prove it was me and everything was alright, and the police were not notified. So this basically works just like any costly alarm service -- with the same level of quality, professionalism and customer service -- but is far less expensive. "We scheduled the appointment of 08/23.  They didn't show up.  When I finally contacted them, they stated they tried to call earlier in that morning.  So instead of rescheduling or confirming they just didn't show up.


They came for an inspection but never did the vent cleaning.  They advised me that there was mold in them and offered to extend my Big Deal but I decided against redeeming my coupon purchase.
