We had to call Customer Support to help with a window breakage sensor and the question was answered correctly and helpfully."

"We scheduled the appointment of 08/23.  They didn't show up.  When I finally contacted them, they stated they tried to call earlier in that morning.  So instead of rescheduling or confirming they just didn't show up.


They came for an inspection but never did the vent cleaning.  They advised me that there was mold in them and offered to extend my Big Deal but I decided against redeeming my coupon purchase.
