The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We scheduled the appointment of 08/23.  They didn't show up.  When I finally contacted them, they stated they tried to call earlier in that morning.  So instead of rescheduling or confirming they just didn't show up.


They came for an inspection but never did the vent cleaning.  They advised me that there was mold in them and offered to extend my Big Deal but I decided against redeeming my coupon purchase.

They were polite but difficult to work with.
