"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

It was an arched wood ceiling with wooden beams. The end results were exceptional. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I am so glad we found Silva painting. "These guys know what they are doing! We had roof damage that caused a water stain on our living room ceiling and we got insurance money to repaint this ceiling along with the adjoining hallway ceiling. We decided to spend a little extra of our own money and go with a flat ceiling instead of replacing the ugly popcorn texture. We didn't know anything about local painters, so I checked online and decided on Xtreme Painting. I'm glad I did. I talked to Mariela, who does an excellent job of running the office, and she told me Juan would come by and give me a quote, which he did. The next morning, Juan came back with his helper Gerardo and immediately got to work. Both of these guys are friendly, courteous and hard-working. They talked and joked non-stop as they worked, but that didn't slow them down and it certainly didn't take away from the quality of their work. The ceilings in both of these rooms look amazing! Juan's business card shows that he also does drywall, decks and pressure washing. While he was here, he noticed the exterior trim on our windows was deteriorating and mentioned that he also repairs that. I am definitely going to call him when I am ready to start that project. I highly recommend Xtreme Painting."
