They provided a detailed scope of work with options to do the minimum needed or invest more for better long-term moisture control. They did not propose any work that would be of limited or no value. Their price was about even with the best of quotes I received from several top competitors. "What they did was good. The gentleman that installed the switches did not check the (2) 2-way switches before he left and I found that one switch would lock the other from turning on. They did have someone come back out and make the repair. My only complaint would be that they put the dimmer switches in inconvenient locations, as opposed to where I requested them to be installed."
