"I had TAF Land Management come to look at the job of putting a ditch in to eliminate or ease the washing and gullying of a specific area in my front yard. Showed him the area and how it was washing. The yard has no mulch on it because the mulch washes into the ditches. He acknowledged his understanding of the issue and quoted me a price for the ditch and the mulch. The mulch price was too high of a price for me, so that was eliminated from the quote and he was awarded the job for the cost of $9,975 which I paid by personal check. When he had the rock delivered it was rock for hardscape and not for ditches. We both agreed it was the incorrect rock. He had the correct rock delivered, which he had placed on my gravel driveway since the other rock was piled on the easement. To remove the rock on my gravel driveway he used a machine with a bucket to scoop the rock which damaged my gravel driveway. He completed the work and I had a few minor issues. He placed the dirt he removed on my neighbors property and I have a big pile of rocks left which I had him pile at the top of the driveway. He told me he was going to haul the dirt away. I asked him to move the dirt and he said if the neighbor complained he would move it. He completed the work and I asked him to repair the driveway and asphalt that was damaged by the dumping of the rocks. He tried to repair the asphalt and told me that once it rained all the dirt would wash away and the driveway would be fine. If the rain didn't fix it, he said he would come back with gravel and repair the driveway. We had a significant rain storm on the evening of July 9th and the ditch he installed did not correct my drainage issue. The ditch was not placed far enough in the side of the yard to collect the rain water that was creating the wash and gullying in my yard. I contacted him the morning of July 10th and he told me that the mulch would correct the issue. The whole reason I had the additional ditch put in was to stop the mulch and dirt from washing in my existing ditch. The yard does not have mulch on it because it washes in the ditch and I was waiting for the ditch to be completed. I sent him pictures of the gully and wash that was happening and he said he would stop by July 10th. I have texted him and called him and left voicemails and am not getting a response which is highly unusual. When he was working here he had his cell phone on him and was answering immediately. I have a company coming to put the mulch down next week. I need to have the ditch extended and the driveway repaired before they put mulch down."

The owner, Bobby came out on 6/18/25 to give me a quote and was able to coordinate with the delivery of a new septic tank and inspection for the following day. Bobby and his crew arrived the next morning at 8:30AM and pumped, crushed, removed the old tank and leveled the ground for new tank before noon. He had coordinate delivery of the new tank at 12:30 and had tank installed and code inspection by 3:15 PM. Code Inspector also praised Bobby for the quality of the install and going above code on plumbing. Bobby checked both D-boxes with his camera system also. I am grateful for Bobby's expertise on the install knowing I will have decades of reliability. After the install, Bobby was meticulous on grading the property where the tank was installed.
