They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed. "I was initially pleased with the installation of the artificial turf until the French drain Chris?s crew installed collapsed twice. Now a large part of my backyard is unsafe as you can fall on the unstable area below the turf. The gravel under the turf has come out into the yard. I contacted Chris 7 months ago about this and despite my emails to him, he continued to ghost me. After spending a very substantial amount of money with this company, I have to hire another one to fix Chris?s mess."
