Small jobs welcome

"Nathan Lavender did an excellent job building the 25' x 12' deck on the back of my house. From start to finish, he was easy to communicate with and truly collaborative throughout the process. What stood out most was his instinct to ask thoughtful questions whenever something unexpected came up or when he saw an opportunity to improve the design. It never felt like a one-sided project. It felt like a partnership. His attention to detail, openness to ideas, and ability to adapt in real time made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The final result speaks for itself. Solid craftsmanship and a space I’m genuinely excited to use. Highly recommend working with Nathan if you want someone who brings both skill and good judgment to the table"

"John Prater and team (Joe & Joseph) just completed pressure washing our roof, two-story house with walk-out basement, decks and porches, and two-car carport. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Prater’s without hesitation; the house looks fantastic and our roof looks new! Additionally the communication from John was great- very unusual in our rural community. John called me in a timely fashion to come out and give an estimate and he arrived on time. After scheduling the work he and the crew showed up exactly when promised. So refreshing! We plan on using Prater’s for all future work and have already recommended to neighbors. Don’t bother researching, reading more reviews, etc. Call John Prater- you won’t regret it."

"If I could give more stars I would! Mark installed a beautiful wood tongue and groove ceiling for us. Performed kitchen tear out and prepared it for new cabinets and appliances, painted cathedral living room and kitchen. and repaired our gutters. We were extremely pleased with his work. He'll be coming back to work on floor support when our new garage doors arrive and to install a new front door. He's very reliable, professional and priced reasonably."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

Building a treehouse can vary in difficulty depending on factors such as design complexity, size, and the builder’s woodworking experience. Adequate planning, research, and careful execution can make the process more manageable, and resources like premade plans or professional assistance are always available for additional support.
