"We hired The American Dream Team to install 2,200 sq ft of sod and remove a tree. Despite several scheduling delays (they started on April 26 instead of the 24th and wrapped up May 1), their communication was prompt and professional although there were issues with them arriving several hours after the expected time. They negotiated price and scope transparently, showed expertise in prep and installation, and delivered a very nice final result. The sod is still settling, but we’re optimistic. Overall, four stars for quality work and great communication, despite some significant timeline hiccups."

"The job went very well. The crew showed up right on time and went to work. They were very good about letting me point out exactly what limbs I wanted removed. They removed just the right amount of foliage to get the effect I wanted. After the trimming was finished, they did a great job cleaning up. "We originally contacted J&H to come out and look at existing joists under the house for termite damage. They came out and were very honest and said they did not see any damage and did not charge us. I then remembered that I had a report from our termite company with a blueprint of where they had treated under the house and where they said the damage was. Josh came back out and they researched underneath the house and found the termite damage. They were very honest and very reasonable and did a great job. They replaced the subflooring and joists and flooring in the kitchen. They kept us informed with pictures throughout the project. We are definitely going to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of construction or structural work done. "
