"Joe and his crew built a truly great Pole barn. He and his crew worked extremely well together which allowed them to breeze thru building the barn itself. If you need builder and crew you can rely on everytime, hire him and his guys cause it will be a great experience which includes quality, excellence, and dependability. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m extremely happy with the work completed. He handled several projects for me including hanging curtain rods and curtains, mounting multiple pieces of artwork, and making sure everything was aligned and evenly spaced. He came prepared, worked quickly without rushing, and left the area clean when he finished. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend!"

Small jobs welcome

"Sean (the owner) was very service-minded, professional, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Sean went out of his way to install our roofline Christmas lights on very short notice. We highly recommend him and plan to hire Seanâ s handyman service again next yearâ ¦.and probably for years to come!"

"Junior and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! To start, Junior was upfront and honest during the quote, especially in areas where we could save money or piece the project out due to the large span and overall cost. Junior was very communicative regarding his scheduling and worked around our busy schedules. During the job, his crew did a fantastic job of marking and repairing the walls before painting, and the finished project was beyond our expectations. He pointed out a few areas of concern that her fixed in the drywall that we hadn’t even noticed or known to look for. As far as their professionalism, the House was almost certainly cleaner than when they came in, even during drywall repairs and sanding. This was our second project with junior and his team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again in the future! Definite 10 out of 10!"

"Great - Jeff did a complete overview of our entire roof, providing a full report on the condition of all areas. He also made us aware of a few spots where some repair work will be needed. He provided us with an estimate for the work and arranged for one of his repair people to call us and set up an appointment within a few days to get the work done. EXCELLENT service, professional, pleasant, punctual and detailed. HIGHLY recommended!"

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Yes, barndominiums are energy-efficient as long as insulation professionals properly install quality insulation, windows, and doors. Utility bills for barndo living can be up to 50% lower than those for a traditional home.  Make your barndo more energy efficient by working with contractors and HVAC professionals to strategically place windows, doors, and heating/cooling systems.

Whether you should choose a flat roof or a sloped roof depends on your particular situation. Flat roofs tend to be less expensive to install. However, sloped roofs have longer lifespans and stand up better to heavy snow and other inclement weather.

Keep in mind that even a flat roof needs to have a slight slope, usually around 1/2 inch for every foot. If it is completely flat, water will pool and cause damage, either from weight or leakage or rot.

Trex is not stronger than wood, but it lasts longer than wood and is heavier. Trex holds up well to the elements and is resistant to termites thanks to its resilient composition of plastic, reclaimed wood, and sawdust. Trex decking is rot and warp-resistant, making it especially useful in areas that experience a lot of snow and rain.

Yes, you can use a storage shed several ways, including as a chicken coop, but you'll need to make some modifications. You will have to add a chicken door, roosts, ventilation near the roof, mesh on the windows, and insulation if you live in a colder climate. Additionally, you’ll want to ensure that the shed is predator-proof so no other animals can harm your chickens. You should also add a run and nest boxes to your shed.

The term “cottage” is subjective, so there’s no rigid definition, but it generally refers to a small home with simple and purposeful architecture that embraces nature and focuses on charm over everything else. Cottages are typically 1 or 1 1/2-stories tall, usually with gabled roofs, and are built out of natural materials that help make the structure a part of the surrounding nature rather than something that stands out from it. A big part of what makes a cottage a cottage is the decor, which includes natural materials from the nearby area.
