"WOW. WHAT AN HONEST PERSON. WE HAVE A DIP IN OUR DRIVEWAYS THAT CAUSES A LARGE PUDDLE WHEN WET. WE THOUGHT WE WOULD NEED TO HAVE THE DRIVEWAY SECTION REPLACED, BUT DAVE GERBER EXPLAINED THAT THE DIP WAS THERE TO KEEP THE WATER OUT OF OUR GARAGE; AND THAT IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER (AND LESS EXPENSIVE) TO CHANGE THE CONTOUR OF THE LAWN WHERE IT MEETS THE DRIVEWAY SO THAT THE WATER COULD RUN OFF INTO THE YARD. HE COULD HAVE REPLACED THE SECTION FOR AROUND $1200 (ANOTHER ESTIMATE), BUT INSTEAD GAVE US VALUABLE INFORMATION ABOUT CARING FOR WHAT WE HAVE.
