Taran did a terrific job organizing the move details and the moving team of Stephen Graham, Zoe, and Jake were pleasant to work with, I was stressed about a few things and they said,, "We are here to make things easier for you - let us handle this." I would recommend one thing to the company: my daughter's queen wooden bed frame with drawers had a section where the bolts were stripped, therefore that section got left behind because it was too big to turn the sharp corners in our stair well if that section wasn't taken apart. I ended up having to get it disassembled and moved on my own. A friend had a gadget called a "Screw Extractor that took the bolt out in no time. You might want to consider keeping that tool on your trucks."
