They will give you a fake quote ! I was told I would be paying half of the price that I was charged. I understand a slight variance is normal but to go from the $400-$500 range to over $1,000 is bonkers! I found out about the price increase while my stuff was in the moving truck. They literally held my stuff ransom until I paid. Then when I paid they took my credit card information over the phone then had me right down key details of my card ! I work in business where credit card security is a must so I told them(gentleman on the phone who works for this shady company) how unsafe this was and the worst part? he agreed ! The only positive is the movers they hire are good but overall STAY AWAY from this company and do not believe a word they say!

Overall I was extremely disappointed in my in state move with All My Sons. Here is why: The crew that packed the house (except for 2 people) were low on motivation and did not bring enough boxes. The packing of the house was severely underestimated causing the packing and moving to take 10 hours longer than expected. This underestimation and delay caused the cost to be 2,500.00 more dollars than estimated. My big screen TV and one picture frame were damaged during the move. I am working through the claims process right now. This is causing extra hassle when I am trying to sell my old house. The administrators of the move?ie the downtown people did a poor job communicating and compensating for the delays and for a large part were unapologetic about the overall poor performance of the packing and move. Obviously, I would not recommend All My Sons for your move.

I had loading and unloading services from All My Sons. I had our U-Haul loaded in Durham North Carolina by All My Sons, we drove it to Concord North Carolina, and was unloaded by All My Sons. Honestly the morning crew which was Sheen and another young gentleman was excellent! He made this experience so easy! They took excellent care of the furniture and they worked diligently trying to not go over the time. Unfortunately the Charlotte location didn't deliver that kind of experience! I understand our movers being delayed because we were also. I even understand them going to the wrong address because they went to the wrong address in Charlotte instead of Concord. But my problem with them was their conduct and behavior! The lack of professionalism was unbearable.. I didn't meet the young men but my daughter sent me a text message and said this guy is cursing so much! Just from the conversation I had with him on the phone I didn't feel like this was going to go well.

Robert and Zay were fantastic to work with! I’ve moved a lot before and these guys gave me by far my favorite moving experience. They were polite, efficient, thorough and very professional. Mike and the rest of the office team at All Amy Sons were also a delight to work with. They guided me smoothly through every step of the process and kept me informed of all possible fees ahead of time so I wasn’t surprised by the total at the end. I NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! RUN! BEWARE PEOPLE! Idc how many good reviews they have, half are more than likely fake anyway ,there's no professionalism shown by management or staff. Rude inconsiderate and unexcusable incompetence is what you'll get, and in flip flops at that! To move? REALLY?. My husband and I are older & my husband's disabled. We scheduled this time sensitive move in advance and while scheduling the move we explained the situation. We also told them that the landlords haven't cut grass and it's high in 1 area of the yard, but it wouldn't effect anything because where the truck needs to go it's not high and it's flat and grounds completely solid not soft. So to try and make a long story short, it barely rained off and on very lightly this morning and had stopped right after the movers arrived. I was not impressed with the 3 high school age teenagers they sent to do an experienced MAN'S JOB! They canceled the move and their boss had them sneak off and leave!
