They were highly experienced. Our radon level in our basement was 4.5 before the installation and 48 hours later was 3.5 and is now recording steadily at 2.5. We will probably take additional measures to improve the quality of air but a radon mitigation system is the first step. "I was pleased with the responsiveness in order to schedule the work. The contractor was prompt, courteous and did good work. The staff working with the contractors were polite and helpful. I was told that the contractor would have a long bed truck and enough space to haul off of the material I needed which was not the case. I ended up having to haul off a large item on my own that I had asked them to take away because they didn't have enough room. This is why they didn't receive 5 stars. Overall, I was pleased with the work."
