"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. "Excellent attention to detail and communication during project which included excavation alongside exterior wall to remove and replace moisture barrier and stripping interior basement walls and reapplying primer and Drylock. The project also required disassembly and reassembly of wine racks and work benches. Dirk would not quit until he was satisfied that it met his high standard. Yes, you can technically make a crawl space liveable, but the only way to do so is by converting it into a basement. While some crawl spaces are big enough to walk through and store large items, they lack appropriate insulation and space to be liveable.

You do not have to dig footers for a deck as long as it meets local code and holds up to weather in your area.
