All that says is you are looking for a signature and payment at the time you give a quote. You are losing business and instantly put a s***** taste in my mouth. I have a 4 year old with special needs and a 2 1/2 year old. For you to tell me why wife HAS to be present for you to give us a quote is absolutely pathetic, and I shouldn’t even have to go this far into detail about my personal life."
