Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Why did I hire Reno Ready? First of all James (Owner) was the only person that showed up with a true and honest quote for my Bathroom Renovations. I had tried others and they were supposed to be top rated and high end Pros. But the facts are that This company came to my home and asked me what I want verses what's needed and my budget for completion. I sent a message to them and was contacted the next day and from that point onward everything just went better and better for me. I am a 100 % disabled Veteran That also recently was diagnosed with a very rare cancer. No one understood my needs and because to them my work need was to small or they weren't flexible with me at any point as to not even give me an itemized bill to present to the VA for some monetary help. We had a very challenging project involving the complete demolition of the large existing deck and replacement, from the existing cement piers up, with new supports, a new composite deck, and steel cable railings topped with composite hand rails. All of this was done working on a steep hill with very little level ground. We felt that Nick treated the project as though he was working on his own home. A lot of thought and care went into everything that he did, including notching the supporting posts and adding diagonals underneath the deck for stability, always above and beyond what other contractors would do. The fit and finish is flawless. We are very proud and pleased with our new and improved deck and we will spend as much as time as we can out there with our feet up enjoying the view."
