I had Rob add a second floor to my ranch house. If you are looking for a reliable general contractor who can deliver on a project like this, you can be confident in Rob. The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. While we encountered some hiccups concerning quality along the way, Rob addressed them promptly. Great price for quality work . Replaced an existing concrete driveway using a pour over that reduced cost and helped to deal with a water issue caused by terrain. Communicates well and takes pride in their work . Highly recommend .

Rob and Ben were excellent to work with and very professional! They came out multiple times to take accurate measurements of our new driveway and made sure they knew what we wanted! Easy communication, on time and honest. They did not try to sell me anything... Offered their professional opinion when asked and treated me and my wife with respect during the whole process. The final product was excellent, they got it done quickly, and the communication was better than you would expect. There was an issue with part of the project that was not their fault and beyond their control, and they refunded us for that part of it. Very professional, very thorough, and a top-notch job. Rob was a breeze to work with from start to finish. He was transparent and reasonable about upfront costs to draft plans and get permits. Once a step was agreed upon, he moved it forward without additional follow-up needed (and proactively stayed in communication along the way), and the remodel moved along very quickly. The teams he brought in to the do job were consistently thorough and professional. Whenever there was a potential miscommunication, Rob's customer service was exceptional and he did whatever he could to respond. We loved the final product and genuinely had a positive experience along the way working with him.

Rouse construction was quite professional and knowledgeable. During the construction of the mother-in-law suite there were some glitches with communication on my final blueprint of the suite. They were very patient and understanding about all the changes I wanted to make to the final plans. Once the plans were completed, the construction phase moved smoothly until they finished. The final product was well constructed and we are well pleased.

I recently hired the Rouse team for a unique project: a 1000-square-foot detached addition to my home designed as a recording studio/Man cave with detailed audio optimization requirements. During my extensive research and consideration of a dozen or so contractors, I immediately connected with Rob, which was essential since we would be working closely for several months. I ultimately chose him because his cost-conscious approach aligned well with my budget requirements. I initially had concerns, including the absence of similar projects in Robs portfolio and the challenge of staying within budget (considering significantly higher quotes from other contractors); Rob consistently reassured me that I would be satisfied with the result. Now, after six months, I am stunned to see that not only did we stay within budget, but the craftsmanship is truly remarkable. Whenever I gaze upon my beautiful studio, I am overwhelmed with fulfillment and excitement. It is the realization of a lifelong dream. I want to acknowledge that the process was lengthy and inevitably caused stress for everyone involved (my sincerest apologies for that). Nevertheless, I am overjoyed with the outcome and deeply grateful for choosing Rob and his team. I must also emphasize the exceptional professionalism and friendliness of Robs team including Monica and Ben, and his subcontractors. Their expertise and dedication played a pivotal role in the projects success. Working with such a skilled and personable team made the entire experience enjoyable. Going into the project, I really didn't "know" Rob and team. As you could imagine, I was nervous about starting such a large project with anyone. But, from the jump, Rob and team we're great. The process was smooth and efficient - and I was informed along the way. Working with my project manager, Lily, and Rob and Monica as well, if I had a question, they were there for an answer or solve. I also found their pricing to be much more realistic than any other quotes I got for the work when initially getting started. Fair price and great results - can't beat that! Lastly, there were some decisions along the way where I needed advice on which approach to go with (new siding? new windows throughout the house? various options?) and I leaned on their thoughts and opinions to make the right choice. I would certainly recommend Rob and team for whatever job you are looking to complete!

We had a very large project at the house which involved conversion of several rooms into an in-law suite, new living room addition, complete kitchen remodel, and master bathroom. Rob has a lot of experience, and from the beginning of the project he instilled trust. The project was completed on time and almost exactly on budget. Rob is the real deal. Our addition is 50% of the square footage of the original structure so the project continues but he's doing a great job. He takes on every bit of the headache of a big project for his fee. Sources contractors at the best rate, coordinates the schedules, runs down all the material, deals with all the inspections, gives tons of options, and handles the challenges. Project is looking great and he's just a phone call away if we have any questions or need anything.
