"I hired THBS to repair a foundation crack for my home that was 25 years old. The salesman, came out and gave us an estimate within a few days and we signed the contract 11/4/2022, and paid the deposit on 11/22/22. We were under the impression we would have this completed by the end of the year. The engineer requested n additional support pier, on 12/2/22 so we had to sign a new contract on 1/11/2023. . There was not a lot of communication from the company in those 2 months and most of it was initiated by me. I feel like for the amount of money we spent we should have been more in the loop. I get it that it was over the holidays, but communicate that to the customer if you have delays due to vacations and such. I spent a lot of time wondering if I made the right decision to go with THBS. Now the installation crew was AMAZING!! They arrived on time, on the correct day (2/2/23) ready to go to work. They make sure not to drive over my water/sewer lines and determined the best way to get to the work area with the least disruption to my yard. It was drizzling rain and had been raining the previous days, so my yard was a soggy, red clay mess. I watched them work like a well-oiled machine. Never saw anyone standing around not working. Josiah, Chris, Robert and Rodrigo did a great job working in the rain. I watched some of the process and they were very deliberate in explaining what they were doing and answered any questions that I had completely and professionally. I can't say enough about those guys. The only thing that I can complain about regarding the install is I didn't realize how much of a mess it would make of my yard. The weather didn't help with that, as the red clay was just a mushy, sloppy mess because of the rain. The harder these guys tried to push the dirt back in place, the more muddy it became. Not their fault-just the weather and the soil. I will recommend THBS to others."

"The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. So thank you I am a very pleased person. If anyone needs concrete work done I would say to hire AH concrete. Very reasonable pricing as well."

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.

"Scott was great to work with on the planning and installation of my patio. He didn't rush any decisions, and was available and prompt with returning calls. Scotts crew was great as well, personal, professional and detail oriented. When asked, Scott was more than happy to verify and produce his insurance information. Follow up the very next day to complete the project, cut joints, and verified site area was clean. Overall a great experience on my first concrete project. Oh, turn around time was less than 2 weeks. "Based on Angi?s list recommendation, I contracted Anthony for a new concrete garage foundation and driveway. He and his crew did an outstanding job of clearing trees, leveling land, and setting forms for the footer and slab, etc. He asked for extra funds for unusual circumstances on my land, which I gave him, trusting it would expedite the process. It didn?t. It rained for two months. Then Anthony said he needed surgery, and that he was getting out of the concrete business, but he would take care of me first. He never called me after that, and when I called about his surgery recovery progress, he still insisted he was going to finish my job. It was nine months after the contract date that I gave up on him. When I contacted him about refunding the extra funds, he said he would settle up with me. I have turned his debt over to God and hired someone else to finish the job. Anthony is good at what he does."
