After cleaning and smoke testing they took the time to explain the features of the stove to me (I've just purchased the home and never had a wood stove before). They said if I had any questions once I begin using the unit or run into any problems to just call them and they'd be happy to answer or come back out if needed. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Also, this was my first time with "Angi", I hope to use their services again in the future."
