"They were very courteous and did a thorough inspection of my wood stove insert and chimney. After cleaning and smoke testing they took the time to explain the features of the stove to me (I've just purchased the home and never had a wood stove before). They said if I had any questions once I begin using the unit or run into any problems to just call them and they'd be happy to answer or come back out if needed.
