"Quality windows installed by a professional installation crew. Initial consultation was professional, friendly with lots of great info on windows, and recommended window sample I could see and touch. Installation supervisor explained what they were going to do and estimated time; supervisor did outside walk around after and showed how they caulked/sealed; and inside showed me how to work windows for cleaning. Crew worked quickly and efficiently; clearly knew exactly what they were doing! Actually gave me 2 crews since they were a few hours late due to rain delay on previous day’s project! HCR Project manager stopped by to ask how things were going and tell me what to expect after install to get warranty initiated. The windows look and work great. "The PHC crew came in, introduced themselves, then set to work as a team, cleaning each room from top to bottom, including every knick knack, and caring for each item as though it were their own. Items deemed necessary for cleaning at their warehouse (area rugs, draperies, beddings) were carefully wrapped and marked for location as well as photos taken to recall placement of each article in the house. They were professional, obliging, and diligent workers. It was evident that Jeff, Valerie, Tina, Ryan, Becca, and Christian were proud of their work and of the company they were employed by. "Kudos to Max Roofing for a job well done! After checking Angie’s List and reading the excellent reviews, I contacted Max on Friday morning around 9am to see if he could do some roof repairs or possibly replace the roof. He told me that he would be able to check out my roof later in the day. I told him I had an appointment at noon, and he said that he would see me before noon so that I could still make my appointment. Sure enough, Max (the owner) arrived in enough time to inspect my roof, take pics, and share with me what he found upon inspection. And yes, I made my appointment. By the way, Max arrived with a boot on his foot because of a toe injury; however that did not interfere with him getting on the roof and doing the inspection. After talking with Max, I decided that I needed to have my roof replaced. We set up a time for Max and his crew to come the following Monday at 7. However, because of rain, Max called me early Monday morning and told me they would see me Tuesday am. Tuesday am (New Year’s Eve) at 6:55, Max and his crew arrived, and they worked until 5pm completing the job. I don’t know what was more impressive the fact that someone worked on my roof the entire day without a stop in the job, the fact that Max stayed on site with his crew, or the way my yard looked upon completion of the job. You would have never known work had been done on my roof because they left my yard as they found it – free from trash, no debris, no plastic, and no old shingles. Upon completion of the job, the price Max quoted was exactly what was charged. I was very pleased with the professionalism, workmanship, and efficiency with which this job was done. I would recommend Max and his crew to family, friends, and anyone else who I come in contact with who might need a roofer. Thanks again Max!!show more
