Showed up when expected, did a great job, and the price was right.

Very nice young man. Does quality work. Polite. However, if he needs to come back after the job is completed he tends to say he will be over and does not. So for that reason I give him a B and not an A.

Chris Crooks was very fast and punctual, he came out within days of contacting him and had multiple quotes prepared. Very easy to work with. The work was done very quickly as well the only delay was with a roof due to rain. Craftsmanship of work looks great. Will gladly use their services again.

Chris Crooks was excellent to work with. From the moment he came over for the estimate to afterwards when trying to deal with my insurance company. He and his crew provided timely, professional, quality work. The pricing seemed very reasonable. My next door neighbor even commented how impressed he was with the way the crew was constantly cleaning around the perimeter of the home, making sure most if not all roofing debris was collected. Chris answered every question and concern I had about the job, as I've never had to replace any roofing before. Chris granted my request to take pictures of any bad sub roofing. He was available even after the job was complete to help me with insurance issues. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Late starting. Wrong color of siding put on in the beginning. Contractors did fair quality work. They broke both my heat pump units. Tripped multiple breakers in the breaker box, resulting in upstairs outlets not working. Didn't flash most of the windows so my husband had to do it. This Home Improvement has been a total headache. Couldn't get ahold of the owner for the longest. Just an overall bad company- do not hire!

Wonderful people and crew. Excellent work and more than fair price. Was our pleasure knowing this family owned business.

March 28, 2016 RE: Evaluation of All American Home Improvements The scope of repair work by All American Home Improvement was limited to the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new metal roof; at my residence. I am ultimately pleased with the final results and have no complaints to address at this time. However, I will notate that due to a measurement discrepancy either on the part of the estimator or of the provider of materials, there was a significant delay between the initial date of installation and the date of completion of such work. While this delay did leave my roof incomplete and sub-roofing materials exposed to weather, I feel that once it was addressed (a week later) and a tarp affixed to my roof that All American Home Improvements did satisfy my complaint until the project was completed 5 days later. Total time from quote acceptance until work completion was 35 days. I found the cost to be fair, the final installation to be sufficient, and that the work was completed as quoted. The only significant recommendation for improvement of this process is for better communication between supervisory persons and home owners concerning projected solutions to issues or difficulties. I did need to pick up after the first installation crew that arrived but, I am often considered overtly picky about debris and trash in my yard. Based upon a reflection of the total quality, value and the ease of transaction of my roof installation I would give All American Home Improvement a “B ” rating. • While NOT a reflection upon this contractor I will suggest to those considering a metal roof that I have experienced an almost total loss of cell phone reception / signal since my install.

These guys were great! They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were on time and fast. They also had the lowest price and there were no surprises.

Very professional first contact and quote process. Chris responded very quickly and all elements of the quote were accurate. His 2-person team was very courteous, worked quickly, and kept any mess to a minimum. There was very little disruption to the house despite the bathroom being upstairs and in a very crowded space. The original quote stated the work would take 3 days to complete and that's exactly what it took. The team took all debris and trash with them and left the place looking like new. Overall, very pleased with how the job turned out.

Overall, decent work.  The only cause for frustration was their inability to complete all the work agreed upon, as per my renter.  While this was frustrating, I had to go with another contractor because I needed to get the uncompleted work done and their time schedule wouldn't allow them to come back to the house until after Christmas.  Thankfully, it wasn't a significant cost, but it would have been nice if the work agreed upon was done.  In their defense, my renter didn't inform me of this until the first week of December, but their lack of availability to go back and complete the work was not appreciated.

They tore off the old roof, replaced areas that needed to be replaced and re-installed new paper/shingles/drip edge, etc.

I can't say enough good things about All American Home Renovations. They removed all of the old shingles, underlayment, repaired a couple spots of bad roof decking, installed new underlayment and beautiful new architectural shingles. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves and doing magnetic sweeping to ensure there were no nails left on the ground. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. They even went out of the way to fix a bathroom exhaust vent pipe that they noticed was bad as they were changing the cap on the roof. They had to climb up into the attic to do this, but they wanted it to be right and not leave it the way it was. Is this not great service? I think so! They had room on their truck, so they even took a couple of branches I had recently cut from a tree. They certainly did go above & beyond with their service! I would not hesitate to contract with them again. As a matter of fact, they are working on another estimate for another project.
Overall I am extremely pleased with All American , would not hesitate to do business with them again, and will certainly recommend them to anybody asking for references. It was a pleasure dealing a company that knows about good customer service. My new roof looks great. Thank you All American Home Renovations.

From the initial visit to the payment, all went promptly and smoothly.  The price was reasonable. The service was professional.  The work was much better than we expected considering we have such an old house.  Our emails were responded to promptly.  The guys who came to work were very pleasant and respectful.  No complaints.  We will call them again.

Fantastic Company. Chris and the two installers were very professional and very knowledgeable, Answering every question with ease. They had the project complete in less then one hour. The result is exactly what we requested.   We are very pleased and will be using this company for other Home Remolding.

Co-owners Marc and Jeff extremely professional and easy to work with on project.  Great attention to detail and checking progress daily.  Open to answering questions and giving explanations.  Workers were friendly and took great pains to limit sheet rock dust since one of us has severe asthma.  They arrived promptly and worked steadily each day until project completed.  
We are extremely pleased with end result and visitors have admired the quality workmanship of tiles and new glass enclosed shower.  New master bath is elegant and updated.  We will definitely call All American Home Renovation for future projects.... oh and one last thing... Marc really likes Oreos !!!!
