I used Rad Brown as my buyers real estate agent. Rad has a very diverse background as a home inspector, home builder and home buyer. His sharp eye finding problems with potential homes and knowledge of how long (and how much) it would take to fix problems around the house. His knowledge of the contractors and service providers in the area helped me decide who to call for home inspections and heating/AC inspections. Rad Brown was detailed oriented but didn't pester me with the details. He would call my banker, he would call the seller, he would talk to the lawyer's office to ensure everything went smoothly, but never overstepped his bounds.
