"Simply cannot brag enough about the high quality of EVERY encounter with every member of the Phipps Masonry team. Starting with the very informative person who returned my initial call within 5 minutes around 6pm to set up an appt to evaluate the project with Joseph. The Evaluation was also very informative about the repair approach and time needed. Two projects will be described below 1) larger project repairing a buckling 25 yr old brick privacy wall connected to a long retaining wall in the community 2) restoration of residential steps and exterior wall mortar section: Within 3 business days, a quote was provided and the work scheduled about 10 days later. Mike is outstanding at Masonry restoration! He made the front steps on the residence look like new, removing 25 year old failing mortar and replacing with an Artisan's skill to detail. He did the same with some sections scattered over an exterior wall, completely bringing it back to like-new quality. Referred him to our community also for a bigger project of repairing an aging brick wall & columns and structural support components. Dane led the masonry and rebuilding team and this project was executed with complete knowledge and professionalism at every step. Extremely pleased with this larger project also and will be calling on Phipps Masonry for further work in our community. "STRAIGHT EDGE PAINTING - CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS We recently engaged Straight Edge Painting owned by Wes Reese to paint the entire interior of our house, including all the ceilings and wood trim work. Until now I doubted anyone could paint to my own expectations.. Wes sent in a team of the most professional, careful, pleasant, respectful and well-trained painters you could ever ask for. They start by covering all the floors by taping down heavy-duty brown kraft paper. Then they patch every imperfection in the ceiling and walls that they find. They even shine flashlights on the ceiling and walls to find these imperfections. Then they scrub down the walls with a giant dry mop-head. Next, they clean the baseboard moldings with a brush. Then, they start by priming all the surfaces first. Then they apply 2 coats of the highest quality paint. Wes is always accessible. They are fully insured and offer a very strong warranty. I COULD NOT IMAGINE THAT YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PAINTER."

I had ordered extra parts to complete this and he will finish up as soon as I receive the parts. Zach went above and beyond performing these tasks for me. He left all work areas in immaculate condition. My only regret is that he can not help finish everything I need to get my house ready for sale."

"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"
