"I was contacted almost immediately after placing a request for service. The technician (Britt) came out to give me an estimate to service my HVAC. The price he quoted was more than fair. We made an appointment and he came with his trainee assistant to complete the work. It turned out that there was a fair amount of additional cleaning and maintenance to be done on the interior unit than we'd originally counted on. He did not want to charge me any more for the extra services. Britt truly went above and beyond my expectations. He and Don were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.
