The technician was thorough and very knowledgeable about the system. He quickly diagnosed the issue with a clogged filter. Using a combination of dry towels and the new filter, he was able to get the system running. He also repaired an inlet, tested the full system and provided useful tips on maintenance. Definite hire for central vac repairs.

This company did a great job at a great price.

It's expensive and a definite luxery to have a central vacuum installed, but this hide-a-hose is awesome! The hose is IN the wall, so you pull it out and attach just the handle and attachment you wish to use. I like a clean house and this way you are not pulling a canister around banging into walls and furniture. The hose is "slinky"-like so literally glides around effortlessly. The suction is amazing! The owner is very sweet and hard working. He installed it himself over a 2 day period. Would highly recommend!

It was good experience. Service call of $150.00 is expensive, especially if you get repairs done but other than that all was great service.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! EXCELLENT service, reasonably priced, and lightening fast. I especially appreciated that they didn't try to immediately sell me a new unit, and instead, went to work finding the part I needed and fixed my vac in 2 days. BRAVO to A1. You truly don't find service like this these days.
