The overall experience was great. Gary provided us with the product knowledge and his pricing estimate was spot on. Tiffany with Whole Home Systems was the installer. She and Robert were extremely professional, courteous and work extensively with us placing the central vac receptacles where we wanted. FIVE STARS!!!

Garry offered support over the phone to resolve the clog in my vacuum. When that solution didn t completely clear the clog he came over that day to do the repair. Garry Boggs came out and had my central vac up and running in no time. I ordered another hose and tools for upstairs and he will bring them to the house and make sure I am comfortable using them since there have probably been some differences/ improvements in the last 12 years! Could not be happier with my experience with AERUS!
