The deck is sixteen feet off the ground with +20 stairs and extensive lighting. It was done on budget and on time. Scott Dean and his team worked hard every day on the project from early morning to dusk. They are true craftsmen. Communication was exemplary throughout the 3-4 week project."

The main issue was that Steve tried to add $7000 onto my agreed price because material prices had increased. Problem was that all the lumber had been bought and sitting in my driveway prior to the material increase. He forgot that he had given a list months earlier showing we had all we needed but the siding to complete the job.The company does good work but you have to stay on top of the business side of the contract."
