"On Friday, January 21, 22, our water pressure was minimal. Got a referral from Robert A. Holman. Called Doby at 4pm. They arrived before 5pm. Professional, polite and offered assistance that evening. Forecasted temp was to be 19 degrees. We said tomorrow was fine. Said they’ll come at 9:00a. Arrived on time. Pump is 400ft. Pulled the pump. Diagnosis-wire was frayed. Gave us 2 options. (Pump was installed in 2005) Could repair wire or replace pump. (easily could of said pump was bad) I wouldn’t of known if it was bad or good. Jonathan and Chris were honest and professional. We decided to replace the pump. By 2pm, job completed. Entire area was cleaned. When Jonathan gave us the invoice, he explained all details. Today, is January 23. No issues. SO impressed with everyone, from the lady who answered our call, to Jonathan and Chris. I recommend DOBY 110%."

"I had MGT Enterprise to build me a 850 ft gravel driveway, installed 2 drain tiles for the water drainage, cleared off 2 acres and completely graded the land for my house to be built on, and cleared the land for my septic field. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. MGT Enterprise was very responsive and gave me their professional opinions and described how they would perform all the work when they gave me a quote. The damaged subflooring replacement went quite well (an A Rating on this). The faucet installation was also okay, but the rest of our experience with Mr. Saunders was not very satisfactory. He frequently stopped work on our project to tend to other ones. That is not unusual up here, but I almost always had to call him before he would come back, which led to about two months of living with our furniture displaced. Another problem was that his assistant cracked the new light covering. Mr. Saunders did offer to replace it, but by that time there had been so many delays, I told him not to bother since it was not all that noticeable.



Mr. Saunders also lost professionalism points with me because he constantly complained about things, such as the amount of dust he found under the old carpeting and the number of staples used in the subflooring of our manufactured home.  Then after telling us we had to be extra careful about cleaning up the dust or the vinyl would not lay properly, he and his assistant did not remove the staples and did a sloppy job of leveling the subflooring before laying down the vinyl. Again, as with the light cover, I just decided to give up and get him out of our home.
