"It was easy to schedule a consultation/estimate and they came out within days. Person doing estimate was not just a salesman. They were able to determine what was needed to resolve issues, did measurements, costing, time estimates, scheduling, etc. It was not the pushy sales pitch with finding a million things wrong that I expected. Very efficient process and I knew within hours what my options were and how quickly it could be fixed. They were able to schedule and complete repair within 2 weeks, would have been sooner but I had scheduling conflicts. Kept me informed all along the way with scheduling and work progress. Every employee I had contact with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in their role. Cleaned up all of their tools, trash, and work area after repair. A professional foundation repair contractor or structural engineer should always decide what the best course of action is, and even then, it’s imperative that you also take measures to treat the underlying issue as well, like soil erosion or oversaturation from runoff.
