So i been working on my business for three years plus the experiences from the commercial landscaping company. I do landscaping in general. "We are extremely happy with the work Robert and his crew did for us. The job was started on schedule, completed within the estimated time-frame (only three days!), and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well. Each crew member was polite and helpful with answering any questions we had about the job. And Robert was very accessible and was at the jobsite every day. One of the things I really appreciate about working with Royal Landscaping is that Robert didn't pressure us into going any particular direction, but provided design input every time we asked him. We've worked with several contractors on home projects over the years, and it's often difficult to get them to share professional opinions and provide honest feedback about our ideas. I know I'm the homeowner and I'm paying for it, but when I ask the professional who does this for a living for suggestions or feedback on my ideas, I really don't want to hear "we can do whatever you want"! So I really appreciate the fact that Robert willingly provided his input throughout the project and helped us with the design element. And I readily admit that every single suggestion he had turned out to be excellent. Pintrest and Google are great, but that info isn't specific to my application. So when it comes time to do something of this scope, I want to rely on a bit more than internet pictures. He's also very knowledgeable about his profession and thoroughly answered all of our questions (I was particularly concerned about drainage in our hilly yard). We also had Robert's team do the sod in the back, and he provided a certificate for the grass (I'd never even heard of that before) when he gave us lawncare instructions. They put down pinestraw as well and even relocated several of my plants when building the retaining walls. Also, when building the wall, the crew needed to relocate an existing underground drain pipe. The old pipe was of low quality and had holes, so they replaced it with a better-functioning and better-quality pipe. Finally, Robert gave us the best price/value out of the four companies we got quotes from. We initially were going to go with a different type of stone for our retaining wall, but after seeing the Heritage Block Royal Landscaping offers, we decided to go with that. And we're very glad we did. It's head and shoulders above other products we've seen. After our project was completed, my neighbor across the street said he plans on calling Robert to do work for him. And within this first week of it being done, three other neighbors from different streets in our community have stopped by our house to talk about our new retaining walls and how nice they look! When a vendor doesn't live up to expectations or standards, I actively voice my complaints. And when a vendor/company performs exceptionally well, I like to acknowledge that just too. I rely on reading reviews to help me make decisions about what companies or products are best, so I hope this review helps others. I don't know if Angie's List has any kind of messaging system for members, but if so, feel free to send me any questions you may have about this company. I realize this is a glowing review, but it was a smooth process and we really had no problems or complaints. Robert seemed just as concerned as I was about ensuring my project was done right and was of high quality. I'd definitely hire them in the future."

He also did a great job of installing our new appliances when they arrived, and he worked well with the carpenters who were building the cabinet for our wall oven. I would highly recommend him! "CMC was very communicative up front and sent Martin out within days of my request. Martin installed an electrical outlet and light with a switch in my hall closet. "Pro Green was the cheapest of four bids by a good bit.  But we took a chance based on their overall positive A.L. reviews.  The crew was a good-natured group of hard working guys.  Punctual and professional enough.  But if I am honest about the quality of their work, I'd have to give it a "C"  overall.  The quality of the paint work was a "B", but the drywall repairs a "D."  Part of the job was to repair some drywall columns that had developed cracks over time.  They were to fill the cracks and sand them.  The repair quality was a mixed bag; some columns looked very good, some not so much.  We decided rather than have them rework those columns that we would just finish it ourselves.  After they had completed the rest of the work to our initial satisfaction, we got a light fixture put back up in a dark room.  That's when we noticed a bunch of problems with the ceiling drywall work.  We notified them and to their credit, they they came back out and corrected all the problems with that ceiling and repainted it.  In summary, I would consider using them again (especially for painting).  Between the competitive price, their great attitude, and eagerness to fix any problems, it's hard for me to be too critical of them.

"I recently bought a new home. The font yard had no curb appeal and barely had any grass. I called JP Landscape and Lawncare for an estimate. They came out, walked me through my options (analyzing soil, sunlight and drainage) and discussed what would work best for my yard. Mike and Jeremy are very knowledgeable, professional and astute to landscape design and installation. Their friendly intrapersonal communication and overall assessment led me to select them for the yard, and I am VERY glad I did! 3 weeks ago my sod was laid (including some grading), driveway graveled, shrubs removed, mulch added and landscape lighting installed. It totally transformed my yard form bleak to MASS cub appeal! My neighbors have been giving me tons of compliments! I can't believe how beautiful the turf is and how well it has taken already to the once barren soil below. Jeremy and Mike really know their stuff! JP Landscape and Lawncare did an outstanding job and I WILL hire them again!"
