"The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"How did it go?  Excellent.  The whole project was completed in fairly short order even though the project required specific, short steps that spaced out the work.  For example, the spackeling, sanding, painting of the ceiling, replacement of the light fixtures, and painting of the walls had to be completed before the next steps could be taken -- and this took reasonable time.   The expertise, efficiency and dedication to detail of the handiman, Jason, was tops. He worked solidly, had the right equipment, repaired the ceiling and moldings expertly, kept the dust from sanding to zero and constantly cleaned up the construction area perfectly.  Because the work was performed in close proximity with our master and guest bedrooms, the cleanup was important.  Overall, the project was done extremely well and the ultimate judge, my wife, was very pleased.
