He took about twice the time that the Ned Stevens guys did--no flushing the debris down the downspouts. He hand-cleaned them all, tightened a couple of loose brackets, carried all the debris away, and used a leaf-blower to get the remnants off our freshly-stained deck. He did it the way it should be done.
