The owner was very responsive, and called before the consultation and appointment just to verify that the times were correct and that they were on the way. The quote was very affordable, and he estimated the time needed for the job almost exactly, and was able to schedule me right away. The carpets in my entire house were stretched where needed and cleaned thoroughly. He made my carpets look like new and I would absolutely hire him again. By far one of the most professional people I have used in my history of owning a home and I'm thrilled with the results."
