I have services with them the entire year of 2014. They charged me $30 a week. Their price seemed to be in line with everybody else.

It started as a good experience but it quickly went to poor service. They would mow the lawn very quickly and leave the dead grass lying all around the lawn and the edges. They'd also miss spots, and we would have them come back on a couple of occasions. We started to have a disease on lawn, they came out and said it was nothing and it would come back. Now we have large dead spots in our lawn. The man who came out doesn't seem to be experienced in diagnosis. The billing was also always a little bit of an issue.

We used them for a year. It was convenient and they were way too expensive. The quality of service was okay, it wasn't good.

They did a fine job. I would consider using them again.

I don't feel they did a very good job. When the guys left, I thought, and quot;Surely, they're not doneand quot; .....when they never came back, I contacted the office to let them know I wasn't impressed with their job. The manager himself came out and inspected the yard and got his guys to come back out the next day. When they left the 2nd time, the yard looked a little better, but I still wasn't 100% happy...not to mention, the price was not that great... $30 is a decent price for mowing, I guess (We have a pretty small yard in the front and back), but trimming a couple of hedges for $30 more is pretty bad and I hardly noticed a difference.
Overall, the customer service was fantastic and the manager was extremely prompt....I just feel the labor put into such a small yard didn't really show and the job was done poorly. After the experience, my husband bought a lawnmower and the yard looked significantly better and different after he mowed.

We may use them for design and landscaping next year. They do a lot better than another company that we used to use. They do a good job of the cutting. We started using them in the late spring and so far we are happy with them. We have a combination lock on the gate because we have a dog and they have been real good about locking it back when they are done. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I've called them a couple of times and they were real good about responding. They have been really punctual and come on time every Monday. One of the men doesn't speak English but the driver does. They do a good job.
