So far, along with regular yard maintenance, I've hired him to repair a dishwasher, install a toilet, repair water damage on a bathroom sub floor, perform tree removals, and clear flower beds. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do.
