All of this was done working on a steep hill with very little level ground. We felt that Nick treated the project as though he was working on his own home. A lot of thought and care went into everything that he did, including notching the supporting posts and adding diagonals underneath the deck for stability, always above and beyond what other contractors would do. We asked for some changes, and again professional change orders were made, keeping all questions and unknowns out of the project. The installers were great, efficient and friendly. Did assume anything and ask questions for our opinions. The were missing some small covers for the composite boards at the screws. Obtained them and came back to install them within two days! Again, can't say enough great things about our experience! They used the original white railing we installed years ago, and made it sturdier than it was before.... Wonderful work."
